Because each wall is different, all our products follow a made-to-order process, ensuring precision, quality, and a refined final result.

For this reason, our return and cancellation policies are structured carefully to maintain fairness while protecting the integrity of custom production.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order
To cancel, please inform us via:

Once your request is received within this timeframe:

We will cancel your order
A full refund will be processed immediately

After 12 hours, orders typically move into production.
Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all wallpapers are custom-made, returns are generally not applicable.

However, we do offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:

You receive a wrong size
You receive a different design
You receive a different color than what was confirmed in your order

In such situations, we will:

Either ship a replacement, or
Process a full refund, based on your preference

Reporting an Issue

If you receive an incorrect item, please:

Inform us within 72 hours of receiving the product
Share clear images or videos of the issue
Include your Order ID in the email

This helps us resolve your concern quickly and accurately.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order.

However, in rare cases:

If your order is damaged:

Contact us with images/videos within 72 hours of delivery
We will review and provide a suitable resolution

If your order is lost in transit:

We will either:

Ship a new replacement, or
Provide a full refund
